- Inspect & clean fans, grills & filters
- Inspect & clean power supplies
- Inspect & clean user controller & panels
- Inspect & clean accessories, footswitches, peripherals, cords, etc
- Inspect & clean casters and brake assemblies
- Prep & paint using only OEM matched color, finish & texture
Diagnostics & functional reconditioning
- Validate system passes all manufacturer diagnostics
- Validate power supplies operate within manufacturer tolerance
- Validate system video is aligned and calibrated
- Rule out excessive monitor phosphor burn
- Validate proper operation of trackball assembly
- Repair or replace PCBs, controllers, power supplies or monitor
- Repair or replace peripherals including details like VCR audio channels and mic
- Final QA inspection performed by registered Sonographer
